Did my first time surfing ever in Hawaii on vacation but didn’t surf again for almost a year so I decided on doing a beginner/refresher lesson with Dewey Beach Surf Shop. Garry is an excellent instructor who took time to help point out areas of improvement and just created a great, fun learning environment. Would absolutely recommend doing a lesson if you want to enjoy surfing.
garry was a wonderful surf instructor and he helped me catch a lot of fun waves for the whole hour! highly recommend to beginners and all levels alike :)

My daughter's first lesson, and she was able to stand up on the board in the water! The instructor was very competent. Booking was easy. All around great experience!
